We do not host video content

This is important: YTMoviesHub.site does not host, upload, store, copy, or stream any video files. All video playback on this site is provided by YouTube via YouTube's official embed player. The videos remain hosted on YouTube's servers.

If you believe a YouTube video infringes your copyright, the most effective action is to file a copyright notice with YouTube directly. Once the video is removed from YouTube, the embed on our site will also stop working automatically.

Filing a DMCA notice with us

If you would like us to remove the embed or metadata page entirely, please send a DMCA notice that includes ALL of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (title, year, etc.).
3. The exact URL on YTMoviesHub.site of the allegedly infringing material.
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

Our response

Upon receipt of a complete DMCA notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt within a reasonable time.
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing embed/page, usually within 48 hours.
• Notify the user who added the entry (if any) and forward the notice.
• Repeat infringers will have their content-submission privileges removed.

Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your full contact information and consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

False claims

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages. Please consider whether the use may be fair use before filing.
